RASHEED LATEEF  / CEO / Founder – Global Content Media

President NoBullying2020 / United States Community Chaplain
VP of Productions – Bighead Entertainment Inc. / VP Heaven 99.7

I am a creative being who believes in God and treating people with love and respect. At age 15, I learned how to burn on vinyl and was taught how to cut tape. I built my first studio in the basement of a 1950s-style drive-in Dog N Suds restaurant in my hometown. In 1975, I opened a successful family-run video rental & repair store, “Video-Mix” in Harvey, Illinois. At 16, I got a job working for the United States Postal Service. In December of 1985, I heard that Stevie Wonder was going to be on the Oprah Winfrey Show. I set out to meet him before he went on the air with Oprah. Meeting Stevie Wonder that day changed my life and gave me newfound confidence to pursue my dream. With the blessing of my family and my dear uncle Dr. Yusef A. Lateef, I packed my bags and headed to Los Angeles.

On January 1, 1986, I moved to California and dove into television and film. Later that year I worked on Stephen Connell’s successful series “US Customs Classified”. I built solid relationships with many television and film industry elites. I started producing my own music and film projects with many talented artists. I was introduced to the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air music team who were all ghost producers for the hit show. In the late 1980s, streaming came into the scene. A few partners and I then worked together to build a television network and streaming portal company. I used my production, marketing and business knowledge to help build their brand to 170,000.000 viewership. I worked as program manager, lead editor, music supervisor, lead control room tech, archives administration director, executive producer and director. I mentored and taught all the young talented producers and editors in pre/post and live production.

As a United States Chaplain I am proud to be spearheading several companies to work together supporting a few serious national awareness causes like; Anti-Bullying, Suicide Prevention, Mental Health, Wounded Warrior Project, The P2P Fit and Safe Program, Better Vision for Children, Sickle Cell, Human Trafficking, Veteran Wellness and creating jobs for our veterans.

With my film and music background, I have nurtured solid relationships over the years, connecting with Grammy award-winning film and music executives, musicians, actors, professionals and people who want to share in my quest to end bullying in schools, the workplace and on social media.

We Have Had Enough

Roger Tinsley aka “Dangerman the Urban Superhero” and I teamed up and have raised awareness throughout the nation.

We love helping, we answer the call and go wherever we are needed.

VINCENT CIURLUINI / Director Nobullying2020

Vincent Ciurluini is a welcomed addition to the NoBullying2020 campaign. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Vincent’s career goals led him to Los Angeles almost thirty years ago. With a long history of acting credits serving as the foundation and building blocks of communication skills, he started soon after his arrival in America upon a lifelong passion for raising money for Charities. The list of established and impactful Charities that Vincent has had the honor to represent over the past twenty-five years is impressive, and the importance of his work has not gone unnoticed.  Helping these organizations across the country procure millions of dollars of funding created a serendipitous meeting with NB2020 founder Rasheed Lateef. “It was a natural step for me to take,” says Vincent. “To transition from helping the many, to working for one specifically, has been more than fulfilling, as this organization helps to eliminate a problem in our society that affected me personally as a child”. Being a licensed insurance agent and a proud member of The National Ethics Association go hand in hand with his mission. Vincent helps individuals and companies protect and grow their assets, safely and securely for the generations to come. Throughout his life, Vincent has served the needs of others and here at NB2020, he will be working with the same passion.
