Director NoBullying2020 / Owner of Tomorrow’s Aeronautical Museum / Chief Pilot & President of: Celebrity Helicopters
As a kid, most of us had probably wished to fly like a bird. But now, this is literally possible for the Compton children. This has been possible for Robin Petgrave, a pilot, who is teaching kids to reach for the sky. Robin started Tomorrow’s Aeronautical Museum (TAM), when he was disturbed to see the increasing percentage of Compton children falling victim to gang violence and drugs.
Robin Petgrave is flying high! The Compton pilot was featured in Ebony Magazine alongside the nation’s most prominent African Americans for training inner city kids to fly. At the same time, he’s preserving black history in aviation and creating it.
Petgrave was on the pages of Ebony Magazines with super success stories like that of President Obama, actress Kerry Washington, basketball great Magic Johnson. Petgrave is no stranger to L.A. news, but this was different. This was Ebony Magazine’s Power 100, the most powerful 100 in America’s black community.
Petgrave was born in Jamaica, but grew up in the U.S. He became a helicopter pilot turned motivational speaker. He says people would be shocked to see a black man as the pilot and even more shocked to learn he owned the company.
Petgrave founded Tomorrow’s Aeronautical Museum. The airport he operates out of is straight outta Compton. In exchange for volunteer hours he teaches young kids how to fly and several have set records flying solo, piloting their own planes. The museum is also a home aviation’s black history. The walls are lined with old photos of the famed Tuskegee Airmen, America’s first black fighter pilots and crew. Airmen like Major Levi Thornhill volunteer with the kids. Petgrave says “It is important they know who’s shoulders their standing on.” It’s also a safe place to get off the crime ridden streets after school. Perhaps ten thousand kids have walked through the doors going there after school to jump on the computers and flight simulators.
While you might be surprised to hear all this is coming outta Compton, know there’s no stopping Petgrave. His next project is with SpaceX. While man may not be ready yet for Mars, Petgrave’s success story has young blacks already working in aviation.
Tomorrow’s Aeronautical Museum is a unique after school program for the youths of Compton, California. Here, hundreds of children as young as 5 are learning how to fly. They learn about aerodynamics, math and science. They’re coaxed to sit in helicopters and play with the gears, and they practice flying on flight simulators until they’re ready for the real thing.
Robin started the program to promote discipline and accountability, to help each child for his or her future journey at school, in the workplace, and in the community. To participate in the program, kids must maintain a good grade point average, stay out of trouble, and have a positive attitude. In order to earn flight time, students must finish their homework, help each other with their studies, and do chores around the airport such as wash airplanes and sweep the hangar.
The kids come here with all kinds of situations. They’re 8-year-olds who have witnessed a murder. There are demographics and situations that can overwhelm a kid and put them in a position where they have no control, and they wind up part of the criminal justice system. This gives them an out. Said, Robin Petgrave.
The program runs on the grants, donations and the goodwill of others. Petgrave has dedicated his life to the program. He uses his personal money and his family’s funds to supplement the program and keep it going.
DR. MERIL S. PLATZER
Director NoBullying2020 / NEUROLOGY SPECIALIST
Dr Meril Platzer. has been a Neurologist for over 30 years in the Los Angeles area. A single mother of three, one with special needs Autism and a younger son who recently attempted to commit suicide. My journey has not been easy…
When I entered Medical School only 10% of the class were women. We had to prove ourselves by obtaining better grades as well as the ridicule of why we wanted to be a doctor. Discrimination existed with the patients and families assuming we were nurses or served other jobs in the hospital setting. Over time, the climate of the medical world changed with more women and minorities entering the field of medicine. The doors opened slowly.
I was one of the first female Neurologists in the San Fernando Valley and have survived successfully in the community 32 years. Recently I experienced the anguish of being a mother of a child who wanted to take his own life. The pain of a child’s suffering is unbearable. The treatment of a family member in the hospital setting was below the standard of care. Fighting for my child’s survival and ensuring good care was a challenge. I have learned to be an advocate for my patients and used my expertise and resilience to obtain the best care I could for my son. My passion is excellent patient care but more importantly respect for those patients and families.
I’m a survivor! I maintained a solo practice as a Neurologist, single mother of three children, advocate for the American Academy of Neurology, knocking on the doors of Congressmen and Senators in Washington DC and an expert in the field of dementia especially Alzheimer’s dementia locally and on a more national level. Early detection and quality of the Alzheimer’s patient are important and what I strive for. I have been an expert for Alzheimer’s patients and their families including the Donald Sterling trial.
It is not always easy to be in this position and at times have been criticized and bullied to change my position which I never succumbed to Perseverance, Passion, and Time Leads to Success!

Director NoBullying2020 / Real Estate professional
I was introduced to the CEO/ Founder Rasheed Lateef of NoBullying2020 in early 2019. It was after that introduction that I was personally committed to the foundations vision to eradicate Bullying from our Society.
Growing up, it seemed that I was the one who was helping others that were experiencing some form of bullying because morally, that was the right thing to do. I started more as a referee or mediator but it morphed into a role of an educator and a leader.
My formal education: BSc 81’ (MAU), BBA 84’ (UNB), O.D.96’ (IAU) and UCLA Extension (Real Estate).
The Practical work experience: (10 years) Corporate Management with an Oil Company, (15 years) in Health Care at private and group practice as an Eye Doctor. For the past (10 years) I have been helping my clients reach their financial goals through Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions.
My philanthropic passions have reached to many foundations and organizations. However the Shiner’s Children’s Hospital, MEND, and Hope of the Valley helping those who are less fortunate were the most rewarding. Volunteering has also trended locally towards coaching and mentoring, though schools and special events.
NoBullying2020 which directly impacts how our next generation thinks and will build a better foundation for all those who follow in our footsteps.
I am proud to participate as a Board member…
Director NoBullying2020 / Hollywood Stunt Driving School
My name is Rick Seaman I have been one of Hollywood’s top stunt drivers since 1968. In 1997, I opened the Motion Picture Driving Clinic Inc. where, since then, I have trained over 2,500 up and coming stunt people on the art of stunt driving. The school is the only stunt driving school recognized by the film and TV industry in all of North America. In 2004, I included a class for problematic teenage drivers to help them become safer, defensive, undistracted and in-full-control drivers. This program has worked with over 500 teen drivers with great success.
Then in 2013, I, a disabled Vietnam combat veteran, embarked on a training program to rehabilitate wounded soldiers suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) whose drivers’ licenses were revoked. The program titled “Back Behind The Wheel” offers 2 and 3 day programs where the students are able to feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. My class itinerary starts with basic in-car familiarization, slow speed driving, then working up to traffic speeds. As the class advances, the students are put into various stress situations and skill building drills. My training formula, I found this progressive, step-by-step approach to be very effective. “Personal attention in a private and controlled environment has been the key to our success”.
Traumatic brain injury is classified in three levels; mild, moderate and severe. Most of my students are moderate, although in 2016, he trained a young man who was rated at severe, a rating that had never seen one with this impairment manage to get their driving privileges restored. I guess we beat the stat sheet with this young man, as he is now driving with a full, unrestricted driver’s’ license.” (video available). Regardless of whether these folks do get re-licensed or not, the most important result is that they get an opportunity to feel the joy and freedom of driving again. This creates hope for them, rather than despair. For our returning war veterans with TBI, this is the least that we can do.”
I met Rasheed Lateef through Dr. Meril Platzer, she wanted us to meet Dr. Platzer thought we would be a great match. What Nobullying2020 are doing in the communities to help kids be equipped with the tools to handle bullying is right on the mark. Rasheed invited me to his event November 30th 2017 I saw a man who had all the right people gathered together. People came from all over the nation they even had many veterans being honored. I wanted to “BeThe Voice To Help Stop Bullying” I Got Chill Bumps!!! Just by instilling that mindset in our minds and daily routine it will motavate change. My company will continues to address veteran’s needs through strategic partnerships with other foundations, community and federal partners and we will continue to serve our veterans and help the kids proudly.

Dr. Margaret Brown
Director NoBullying2020 / Minister /Humanitarian / Big Head Entertainment Gospel Heaven 99.7
Margaret Brown-Hurst sets an example as a woman who has devoted her life to help the less fortunate. After the tragic death of her grandson, Lamajze Donnell-Brown, to a serious birth defect Margaret became determined to assist others who also must cope with the misfortune of a birth defect. She gave up her career to focus her full-time attention to this goal. Her commitment has resulted in the establishment of The Lamajze Gastroschisis Memorial Foundation and The Lamajze Birth Defect and Fetal Health Institute, both centered in San Diego, California.
Lamajze was born with Gastroschisis, an abdominal wall defect of unknown origin, and underwent eleven major surgeries at Children’s Hospital of San Diego before succumbing after little more than one year of life. Margaret supported her son and daughter-in-law in their grief as well as dealing with her own. But instead of cursing the darkness Dr. Brown-Hurst has undertaken to light a candle that will be bright enough to light the world. Shortly after Lamajze’s death Margaret decided to begin work on creating an organization that would contribute to breakthroughs in the prevention and treatment of birth defects as well as improve the quality of life for those children and families afflicted with birth defects. Her plans include assistance to families worldwide in locating and accessing specialized care and support. Her son, Jason, has become the CEO and president of the Lamajze Foundation.
Dr. Brown-Hurst’s effectiveness in achieving her vision was demonstrated earlier in her career when she founded the Worldwide Crusade for Peace in 1993. In this capacity the U.S. government sent her to Russia and other communist countries as a “world peace ambassador” in 1998. In the course of this work Margaret has been privileged to interact with notable persons such as Bishop Desmond Tutu, Camillia Sadat, and the daughter of Nelson Mandela.
Margaret was raised in the San Francisco Bay area where she was a fashion model. She obtained a degree in nursing and also attended the Calvary Bible Institute. She received a Ph.D. in Theology from Bell Grove Theological Seminary.
She has been the recipient of several awards of recognition including the “100 Heroes” award from the California Black Sports Hall of Fame and the Humanitarian Award from the Southern California Motion Picture Council. Dr. Brown-Hurst has been in Dayton Ohio for the past two years and there received an American Red Cross Medical Hero Award and was honored as a Women of Influence from the YWCA.

Bullying in todays world comes in many forms and its sad. Working with young children makes me view things completely different than I did before. Some of my students deal with bullying and I then see the hurt in their eyes. NoBullying.2020 is dear to me only because I dealt with it in grade school myself. I was one to cry and wish that I was able to stand up for myself in a matter . Now that I have matured as a woman, have joined NoBully2020 and am proud to stand with anti-bullying because its not okay.

Director Nobullying2020 / CEO – Founder Big Head Entertainment Inc.
My name is Terry Lee,
I am the CEO of Big Head Entertainment Inc. a streaming service and global radio portal . I have over 40 years in the music business as a record executive. Of all the things I have done in my life, music has always been my passion. Singing in church choirs, singing duets on street corners with my buddies and writing song lyrics was beginning of my journey.
Right out of college I moved to Detroit, Michigan and was heavy influenced by the Motown Sound, which inspired me to move to Los Angeles, California. Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, I started Big Head Entertainment, Inc. (BHE).
I met Ron Cothrine, an Executive of Capitol Records. He soon became an executive for BHE. His years of experience and vast contacts helped to get BHE off the ground. Not only did he help negotiate a contract with Capitol Records for BHE, he brought several legendary blues labels to BHE. Today the Internet and social media have changed how music is broadcasted and distributed. BHE has adapted by expanding its footprint to include global TV (BHE TV) and radio (Heaven 99.7) live streaming events. Recently, I have been refining the lyrics to many of my songs and working with musicians to produce demos so that I can put the songs on the market for sale and distribution. Additionally, BHE is looking for content and collaboration with a strong songwriting team to produce music in all music genres that will be broadcasted on BHE’s global network.
I have had the pleasure of watching and supporting Global Content Media Nobullying2020 Campaign to where it is today. 12-Year-Old Singer/Author/Activist Jhala Debuts with Anthem For All Entitled Kaleidoscope
Vocal Competition Champion’s Anti-Bullying Campaign Stresses Unity and Empowering Self-Image
(Los Angeles, CA – March 29th, 2019) – At a time in America and, indeed, around the globe when the battle for righteousness over evil incarnate has never been more transparent, 12-year-old singer/activist/author Jhala is making her sparkling debut with an anthem for the ages, “Kaleidoscope,” a song stressing impenetrably strong self-image. Winner of Los Angeles’ acclaimed and celebrated “A Taste of Soul” and “StarQuest” singing competitions, Jhala is a fast-rising vocal dynamo who sees her future not merely as a catch-all for superstardom but as a catalyst for positive change in the hearts and minds of her generation. And she is launching her career with one of the most dynamically enriching and empowering message-missives to come along since “The Greatest Love of All” with “Kaleidoscope.”
“I was born to sing and I love to sing,” Jhala declares! “And from the very first time I heard ‘Kaleidoscope,’ I knew it was the perfect song to introduce me and my message to the world. It speaks of who we all are…on the inside.”
The lyric, penned by Jackie Hendon to music by Donald Lyle , begins as follows:
“I am forever changing / Painted different colors
Every form I take on is won-der-ful-ly unique
See, I am a rainbow of sorts / Super strong and I’m a force And I’m still rising high / I still haven’t reached my peak”
Jhala (pronounced ‘jay-lah’ and meaning “God is with you”) is a Los Angeles native who was attending school in Fontana when she became a victim of bullying in 2nd grade. “I was a happy, high-energy kid before my mom started seeing a change,” Jhala shares. “She asked me a series of questions which led to me telling her what was happening to me. I was just 7-years-old and the only Black kid in my class. A group of girls would run up during recess and take turns hitting me, calling me names because of the color of my skin. My mother immediately demanded many meetings with the principal, parents and my teacher who instigated some of the attacks. At the end of the semester, she made the decision to homeschool me.”
“I later heard about kids that were bullied committing suicide,” Jhala continues. “I told my Mom I wanted to be a voice of change. So, I started my anti-bullying campaign on YouTube to encourage my peers to unite and stand up to bullying! On my YouTube channel, I speak encouraging words, reminding kids they are beautiful, strong, courageous and worthy of all the best things life has to offer. And then I sing songs like Andra Day ’s ‘Rise Up’ and ‘When You Believe’ (theWhitney Houston & Mariah Carey duet from the movie ‘The Prince of Egypt’).”
Jhala was so inspired by the positive feedback from her YouTube channel that she began journaling and wrote her inspirational book, “The I Am Journal,” which became the first in a series of “I Am” books for children that also includes “I Am Who I Say That I Am” and “I Am Beautiful.” Jhala’s goal now is to travel and visit schools everywhere speaking and singing the uplifting and uniting messages of her overall “I Am” campaign.
Singing since the age of 2 and encouraged by a musical family that includes her mother, two sisters and a brother, Jhala cites her primary musical influences as a combination of Contemporary Gospel stars Tamala Mann , Tasha Cobbs andFred Hammond plus Soul-Pop icons Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson .
Since winning the “13t h Annual Taste of Soul” competition October 19, 2018, Jhala has been booked solid every weekend for concerts, rallies, youth awards programs and Dr. Martin Luther King Day celebrations. Blessed with a bubbly presence and personality, she has also been featured in a national television commercial for Ford Motor Company and for the healthy eating campaign Champions For Change.
Jhala is currently in the midst of completing her debut EP centered around her awe-inspiring debut single, “Kaleidoscope.” The single will be released under Motown Veteran Michael B. Sutton’s label The Sound of LA on March 29th 2019.
“‘Kaleidoscope’ really encouraged me and lifted my spirit the first day I heard it,” Jhala concludes. “I was so excited, I felt like running and jumping over the moon! I am looking forward to carrying that message around the globe to encourage people – near and far.”
